CHR, Inc (Caring, Helping & Restoring Lives) was founded in May, 1996 by Clinton & Mary L. House. This company was established for the purpose of caring, helping and restoring lives of unemployed and under employed people, particularly those who are dislocated. CHR Inc. is a One-Stop Career Center for any person, small company or corporation in need of the services we offer. CHR, Inc. provides training assistance, job preparation, specific life and career skills for individuals.
The goal of CHR Inc. is to produce employees and clients that are the best in the business. We are dedicated to ensuring that every employee and client is fully equipped with the necessary training and tools they need in order to be successful in every aspect of the business. We are committed to becoming one of the premiere service providers. We are determined to uphold a standard of excellence.

Our vision is to establish a low income housing development entitled, “Phebe’s Homes” and purchase a Mobile Medical Clinic that will provide free medical services to the community throughout Southern Nevada.
