OPERATION H.O.P.E., Inc (Helping Other People Everywhere) was formally established in October of 2009 as a non-profit organization to address the various social issues that challenge our society domestically and internationally. After two decades, experience of mission work with populations effected by poverty and oppression Dr. Elliot Shin, M.D. decided to share his passion and invites the public to join with him to continue the work of creating freedom and opportunity for others.
The vision of Operation H.O.P.E., Inc. is to help those who cannot help themselves by restoring their dignity, respecting their givts and talents, and empowering them to rebuild their lives.
Operation H.O.P.E., Inc. exists to provide comprehensive solutions to populatgions that are typically forgotten by society such as the homeless, orphans/foster children, senior citizens, prisoners, inner-city, and the oppressed people worldwide
H.O.P.E. Think of others equal or better than yourselves. Receive from the people you are trying to help because it is more blessed to give than to receive. Believe every person is gifted and talented. Love and embrace people no matter what, do not judge anyone. Actively engage people, not just give money. One person, one neighborhood, one country at a time.
OBJECTIVES: To accomplish these objectives, the following HOPE committees have been created to address each area:
- HOPE for Homeless
- HOPE for Prisoners
- HOPE for Orphans
- HOPE for Inner City
- HOPE for Senior Citzens
- HOPE Medical and Dental Clinics
- HOPE International Missions
Operation H.O.P.E. Inc. engages local organizations, churches and institutions to foster collaboration and partnerships to fully utilize community resources instead of reinventing them.
